Maureen Z. Ralte is an Partner in the General Corporate and Real Estate Practice of the Firm. Maureen has represented domestic and multinational corporates and has assisted them in the negotiation, preparation and review of transaction documents in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and real estate. Her experience includes advising on structuring, exit strategies and providing solutions to various legal issues faced by businesses across sectors. She routinely advises on matters relating to corporate compliances and exchange control laws.
Maureen is on expert on Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace laws, and she has been advising clients in relation to requisite compliances. She is part of POSH committees in various Indian and multinational corporations.
Maureen has worked closely with the in-house departments of leading corporate houses while on secondment assignments.
